A calcium fix without any dairy?
Yep, it's possible!
It's very easy to forget but your greens often have a decent source of calcium in them: kale, collards, broccoli, for example. Add some oranges and zucchini which both have vitamin C, and there you have a great green calcium (and vitamin C) boost!
- handful of kale
- handful of collards, swiss chards and beet leafs
- small head of broccoli
- 2 oranges
- 1 zucchini
