Watermelon is one of the easiest health foods to digest. It is high in beta-carotene (hence its redness) and it is also rich in minerals like potassium, folic acid, vitamin B5, vitamin C, calcium, potassium phosphorus, magnesium, and sodium. This one is great for the skin, gives you energy, immunity, and helps with detoxification.
Oh, and it's 90%+ water and therefore great in the heat!
