Peanut-free Dairy-free Prune Cinnamon Balls


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (organic)
  • 1/4 cup of pitted organic prunes 
  • 1/8 cup flax seed 
  • 1/4 cup crushed pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 1/2 tbsp of pure vanilla extract
  • pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut shreds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp maple butter (or syrup)


  • Combine dry ingredients into medium size bowl.
  • Mix together with a spatula until blended (mix will look moist).
  • Set aside spatula. With clean dry hands, take a small amount of the mixture and press together into a 1-2 tbsp size ball... 
  • If mixture is too dry, add more nut butter or coconut oil!  
  • If mix is too wet, add more oats!
  • Store in a sealed container and refrigerate.
